I was on a roof trying to get the moon into the corner of the shot. I stretched a little. Then a little more. My arm did not know where to stop and honestly neither did I.
Halfway up I looked at the screen and the light was perfect. Nobody goes back down after seeing light like that. I told myself one more frame.
There is no signal at this height. Four thousand photos sitting in a folder called NEW, every one of them loading forever.
The moon keeps drifting into frame like it was invited.
The planet comes back around every ninety minutes and I get another go at it. I have not landed. I have not really tried. The pose is holding fine.
